What We’re Looking For
We play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our congregation and visitors. As a team member, you'll perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene throughout all our facilities. You'll also assist with preparation and clean-up for church events, monitor and replenish supplies, and report any maintenance issues or repair needs as they arise.
Key Requirements:
CCCG Basic Leadership Certificate (Completed or In Progress)
Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, and prolonged standing
Dependability and reliability to fulfill scheduled shifts and respond to urgent cleaning needs as they arise
Design
What We’re Looking For
Our team is dedicated to revitalizing and transforming areas within the church to enhance the overall design and aesthetic appeal. Join us to be part of our journey in elevating the aesthetic and functionality of these spaces, ultimately contributing to a more welcoming environment for all.

Passion for interior design, creativity, and a keen eye for beauty, detail, and space management

Our team is dedicated to fostering restoration and transformation within our congregation and our local community through the creation of engaging events. We firmly believe in the profound impact of fostering connections through activities and positive experiences, aiming to cultivate a sense of belonging, community, and meaningful connection among attendees.
Our team members operate across five primary areas of expertise: Food & Catering, Logistics, Games & Engagement, Decor & Design, and General Administration. We operate as a tightly-knit unit, driven by a shared passion for building connection through events.
Key Requirements:
CCCG Basic Leadership Certificate (Completed or In Progress)
Dependability, strong communication skills, and the confidence to share innovative ideas and suggestions are essential attributes we seek in team members
Facilities Management
What We’re Looking For
On our team you'll be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of our church facilities. As a team member, you'll perform routine maintenance tasks, oversee repairs, and monitor facilities for safety hazards and compliance with regulations. You'll also manage space allocation, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and assist in emergency preparedness planning.
