What We’re Looking For

On our team you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing educational programs aimed at equipping and empowering individuals for leadership and service within our church, local community, and globally. As a team member, you'll collaborate on curriculum development, program coordination, and facilitation of engaging learning experiences that promote growth, skill development, and personal enrichment.

Key Requirements:

  • CCCG Basic Leadership Certificate (Completed or In Progress)

  • Passion for education, leadership development, and lifelong learning

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to coordinate programs effectively

  • Previous experience in education, training, leadership development, or related fields
